At Bloom Bliss Florals, we’re dedicated to providing beautiful floral designs, exceptional customer service, and a smooth, reliable shopping experience for every customer. Please review our store policies below to learn how we handle substitutions, refunds, delivery, taxes, and order changes.

Substitution Policy

Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary, certain blooms or containers may occasionally be unavailable. When substitutions are necessary, our designers carefully create an arrangement of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and sentiment of your order. We always use your selected flowers when possible and make substitutions only when needed to ensure the freshest, highest-quality product.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the situation, product condition, and timing of the request.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated by distance and ZIP code to ensure accurate and reliable service throughout Quincy, FL 32351 and surrounding communities. Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests, rural routes, timed deliveries, or re-delivery attempts.
Although we cannot guarantee specific delivery times (except for funeral services), we always do our best to honor time preferences whenever possible.

Taxes

All applicable state and local taxes will be added during checkout. Florida sales tax is applied to floral products and applicable services as required by law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made before your arrangement has been designed or dispatched. Once the order is created or out for delivery, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Holiday Policies

During high-volume floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, product availability may be limited. Substitutions may be required, and delivery timelines may vary due to increased order volume. We recommend placing holiday orders early for the best selection.
