When substitutions are necessary, our designers carefully create an arrangement of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and sentiment of your order. We always use your selected flowers when possible and make substitutions only when needed to ensure the freshest, highest-quality product.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the situation, product condition, and timing of the request.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated by distance and ZIP code to ensure accurate and reliable service throughout Quincy, FL 32351 and surrounding communities. Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests, rural routes, timed deliveries, or re-delivery attempts.
